MeriGarage focuses on technology - continuously enhancing software features, providing aftersales support, and technical assistance. Partners focus on sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and conducting demos to potential garage clients.

MeriGarage provides comprehensive support including product training, sales materials, technical documentation, aftersales support for end customers, and ongoing technical assistance. Partners also get access to regular product updates and new features.

Requirements & Renewals

Yes, every year partners need to sell a minimum of 10 licenses to qualify for yearly renewal of their partner agreement. If this target is not met, the partnership is canceled and existing customers are managed by MeriGarage directly.

If a garage customer decides not to renew, that license becomes available for you to resell to another garage. Customer churn is a normal part of SaaS business, and partners are encouraged to maintain strong customer relationships to maximize retention.

If a partner decides to exit, the licenses they purchased will not be refunded. Their existing customers will be allocated back to MeriGarage and managed by the company directly, ensuring continuity of service for end users.
